The club management committee believed  that in order to serve club members better, and have a wider appeal  to the village as a whole, the existing clubroom facilities should be refurbished and modernised for now and the future.
This belief had a number one priority to move the bar from its current site to a new position diagonally opposite on the far end wall.
Such a move would require reinstatement of the clubroom fabric, furnishings and decoration, whilst at the same time giving us the opportunity to upgrade the electrical and I.T. systems for the future.
Moving the bar from its current position to the suggested would encourage members into the clubroom away from the entrance door and encourage greater social interaction.
Considering the above a questionnaire was sent to each club member with the aim for them to supply us with their own thoughts and ideas as well as giving us constructive criticism where necessary.
